Many times we have been asked if Pilates is difficult because exercises seem difficult. There are no difficult exercises in Pilates. The level for a beginner could be clinical Pilates, e.g. Pilates after an injury or pain, and after a while the routines can become more dynamic to serve other goals.
In Holistic Life you can practice Pilates in individual, diatomic and triatomic groups using special machines (Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel and Wunda Chair) as well as in groups (Pilates Props) strictly up to 6 people. The Props help to reduce the level of difficulty of the repertoire and in this way transform the body. Some of these include rubber balls, balls, Pilates Sticks, Foam Rollers and Rings.
